By using these services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before proceeding. Last updated 2026.

Services Provided

Custom websites, landing pages, and web applications
Custom Telegram bots built using the Telegram Bot API
Database integration (MongoDB / Supabase) and API-first architecture
Deployment via Vercel, Koyeb, or Heroku

Payment Policy

Payment required before development starts
Strictly non-refundable once work has begun
Extra features or revisions beyond scope = extra charges

Hosting & Database

Sites are deployed on Vercel; bots on Koyeb/Heroku + MongoDB
No responsibility for third-party outages or platform issues
Client must manage their own hosting/domain accounts where applicable

Data & Database Sharing

No direct database access unless explicitly agreed
Sensitive data must not be shared without encryption
Developer is not responsible for client-caused data leaks
Backups are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed

Intellectual Property

Source code remains the property of the developer
Delivery grants a usage license only — resale is not permitted
No modification or redistribution of source without permission

Support

The project is considered complete after delivery
Free maintenance is not included
Paid support is available for future updates or changes

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate requirements and content up front
No illegal or abusive use of any delivered bot or website
Delays in client feedback may delay the project timeline

Liability Disclaimer

No responsibility for third-party API or platform failures
No guarantee or warranty is made beyond the agreed scope
Services are delivered "as is"

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the engagement before completion
Work already completed will be billed
No refund is issued after final delivery

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India
Jurisdiction: local courts of Kerala, India
